ORDER PROCESSING TIME
As each piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail, the production time is approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We do, however, make every effort to ensure that items reach you as quickly as possible.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Delivery within Poland is calculated individually for each purchased item, and the cost will be displayed in the order summary.

DELIVERY METHOD
Due to their size, domestic shipments are handled exclusively by the courier service Pocztex, while oversized items are transported by specialized courier companies.
All packages are insured and sent with the “fragile” handling option.
PACKAGING
We are committed to ensuring that our furniture reaches you in perfect condition. Each piece is carefully hand-packed with the utmost attention to detail. While we use as little plastic and synthetic protective materials as possible, due to the nature of the materials and the value of the items, their complete exclusion is not feasible.
